How To Send a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to the Designated Agent. Your notice must include:

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake: send a counter‑notice to the Designated Agent. Include:

  3. A statement: under penalty of perjury: that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We may limit or end access for users who repeatedly infringe. We also act on clear evidence of abuse of the notice process.

Notices That Are Incomplete

We may reject notices that are missing required elements or that do not clearly identify the material. We will try to help you correct issues when possible.
